Hokkaido Food Festival
Sea World Resort’s award winning Hatsuhana Japanese Restaurant is proud to present the 2008 Hokkaido Food Festival. The festival will celebrate the unique flavours and culture of the Hokkaido region in Japan and runs until 31 July.
Marking its return for the seventh time, a highlight of the 2008 festival will be a Hokkaido themed a’ la carte menu, available nightly from 6.00pm. The special menu will be in addition to the restaurant’s regular a la carte, sushi and sashimi and teppanyaki menus.
Head Chef, Mr Masanao Igami, has created the special menu using only the finest ingredients and original Japanese preparation techniques.
