A BRAND NEW SHORELINE FOR
SEA WORLD RESORT AND WATER PARK.
Sea World Resort and Water Park’s signature buffet restaurant the “Shoreline” has newly reopened following a complete multi-million dollar renovation and refurbishment.
The entire space has undergone an “ocean inspired” rejuvenation and boasts clean contemporary interiors and a cutting edge design.
The ceiling is a showpiece featuring suspended high tech European fabric that has yet to be used anywhere else in Australia. The fabric follows the flow of waves on the ocean and is up-lit by special lighting creating a spectacular effect.
The custom made carpet resembles a rippling seabed and outside landscaping features calming beachscapes complete with water beds and coral.
Having expanded to accommodate an extra 100 seats the Shoreline is certainly bigger and better than ever before.
New tasty additions to the Shoreline will also include a wood-fire pizza oven, a u-shaped dual servery and innovative stone finishes to all surfaces and waiter stations.
Food and Beverage Manager Bikash Randhawa oversaw management of the ambitious and well thought-out project.

The Shoreline is open every day for breakfast and dinner. Evening buffets present a different theme each night with the famous “Hooked on Seafood” buffet featuring on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
Dinner is $42.50 for adults Monday to Thursday and $65 for dinner Friday to Sunday. Breakfast is $29.50 per adult. Kids 4-13yrs pay $1 per year of age for both breakfast and dinner with kids under 4 years free.
