As a registered training organisation, each year Sea World Resort & Water Park provides a number of young people with the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience that will put them in the forefront to secure employment in the hospitality industry.

School Based, Part Time and Full Time Traineeships and Apprenticeships are available and you can earn a qualification that is recognised in the industry and also get paid for it at the same time...and it doesn't cost you anything.

An ex- trainee from Sea World Resort has proved that dedication, hard work and lots of smiles are just what promotions in Hospitality are made of.

Tiffany Fitness, pictured above, was promoted to the position of Food and Beverage Captain in 2007 and has come a long way since beginning her career as a School Based Trainee at the resort in 2003.  After graduating with Certificate III in Hospitality, Tiffany was awarded a part-time position in the Food and Beverage Department. She proved to be an outstanding employee and quickly moved to a full time role and has previously been recognised with both Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year nominations.
